Click the Login or Sign Up button in the header and follow the registration form. Use a valid email or mobile number and complete the verification steps to get started.
Owners can register and log in to the Owner dashboard. From there, use the Add Property form to submit details, images, and pricing. Listings are reviewed before appearing live.
Use the search page to filter by city, purpose, property type, and keywords. You can also sort results and use map view to browse nearby listings.
We review listings before they are published, but users should still verify the property and owner. Always schedule a physical visit and confirm ownership before making payments.
Sadanam supports the payment methods displayed during checkout. For security, complete any payments through the platform’s approved flow and avoid transferring money directly without verification.
